Budiman and Sandra: 2nd hand bazaar

Objective: to raise funds for the club

What is this project?
Donations will be collected from the students and teachers. Before the day of the bazaar, the goods will be sorted out and price-tagged. On the actual day of the bazaar (16th May), interactors will be helping out to sell the goods collected.

What you will be doing:
You can help to collect and sort the goods (beforehand) or sell the goods (on the day itself).

If you want in, contact either Budiman at budimanpranjoto@hotmail.com or Sandra at sanndrachua@gmail.com. Please take note that even if you have volunteered for this event already, you need to “re-volunteer”.


Selling from 3PM to 11PM (must be there before 3PM)
Shifts for the selling (you don’t have to be there for the whole time)

Collection: 22 April 2009 – 11 May 2009
Collection will be announced and we WILL go door to door to each class and approach each class personally to collect more items.
Sorting out: Every Wednesday after club meeting and every day after school for the last week (until it is finished)
Items to be sold: 2nd hand clothes, shoes, CDs, books, etc
Target: $1500
All proceeds will go to the Interact Club Fund to fund other projects!

We need persuasive sellers and sorters who are quite knowledgeable with the items! Meaning we do need LADIES AND GENTLEMEN to participate and focus on different items!
C, A, or/and S hours are available!!!
