Preserve Planet Earth Conference (long post)

hi all,
this is an update on the preserve planet earth conference held on 5th of april...we would now be opening registration to students from our school as well...the target is about 120 students from our school. we have invited distinguished guest speakers such as Professor Leo Tan Wee Hin and Dr Geh Min...mervyn would be making an announcement on the coming monday(24th of March) and we would need some of your help after that, on tuesday and wednesday morning(during contact time)...we would need a number of you to go to the various classes to encourage people to join...what you all would have to do on tuesday would be going to the respective classes allocated to you to announce the following:

1. You all would be coming down on wednesday again to get their names and payment ($12 exact).
2. Registration is only confirmed upon payment.
3. Inform them of the basic details of the conference: Date: 5th April 2008 Venue: CPA1(old chapel) Time: 9.15am (whole day event)
