45th Exceutive Committee Nomination forms

hi all,

pls do take note that as stated, we are currently in the midst of searching for potential interactors to be part of the 45th Exco for the yr 08-09. interactors are encouraged to grab a form and nominate themselves for this. even if you are still unsure about your other CCAs or stuff like whether u'll get into council or something like that, do just fill up a form first and if you want to withdraw at any time before the selection its ok as well. although this concerns mainly the Yr5s, any sec3 or sec4IP students may pick up a form and run if you are interested as well. jus DO ENSURE TO SUBMIT THE FORMS BY THE DEADLINE.

The nomination form is attached here, so pls do download and print it out. do the necessary as pass it to Mervyn personally or via ur grp leaders by the 4th April 2008.

pls do also take note, am getting some feedback that some of you are not entirely sure what some of the posts are,

President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer i don't think i'll elaborate.

Club Service Director: In-charge of mainly the welfare of members in the club. Organising events that bond the members of the club etc. works closely with the secretary.

International Understanding Director: Act also as the liaison between our club and other Interact Clubs in other countries. focuses on promoting international understanding amongst members in our own club and in the community.

Community Service Director: Focuses on the community service aspect of the club, organising projects for groups to participate in this area.

Funding Director: Concerned on planning projects which would raise funds for the club. to also advise other groups to plan projects to raise their own funds to fund their specific projects. works closely with the treasurer.

Project Leader: Club appointed position. in charge of leading a group, coming up with a project and ensuring the smooth running of the group.
