Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 17th May

Hi Everyone,

This is a reminder for EVERYONE that it is COMPULSORY to attend the club's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 17th May 2012. As we need to take a photograph of you guys for documentation, school uniform is compulsory. Please also be punctual so that the nominees can start their speeches on time.

The details of the AGM are as follows:

Date: 17th May 2012
Venue: LT 3 (We have booked a bigger venue so that you all would have seats)
Time: 1545 h (Please be punctual!)
Attire: Full school uniform (School related T-shirts not allowed)

You will be casting your votes to determine who would be elected into the 49th executive committee.
If you are unable to attend, you are to email all 3 of the teachers your reason. Thanks! =)
