Important reminder on absenteeism procedure

Hi Everyone,

Take note that from last week onwards, with the exception of any school event involving the whole school, the protocol for excuse from home visits/club meeting is that you must email all 3 teachers your reason for absence (if any). If you do not have a valid reason, you will be marked absent and if you eventually do not reach 75% attendance for BOTH club meeting and home visits at the end of each term, your membership will be removed. I am sorry for this but it is actually a school policy for attendance in all CCAs so please do comply.

For a start, apart from the Year 5s who have been officially excused from this week's meeting, all absentees from Year 3s, 4s and 6s are to email the teachers your excuse or you would be marked as absent.
