Annual General Meeting (AGM) Reminders

Hi Everyone,

This is a reminder to everyone, especially to the Year 3s and Year 4s, you HAVE TO attend the annual general meeting on 17th May 2012 as we need to take a photo of you for documentation. As such,

1) Please keep 17th May free (2nd time I am reminding and more reminders will come, sorry for that!)
2) Please wear full school uniform to the annual general meeting, school related T-shirts not allowed

The details of the AGM are as follows:

Date: 17th May 2012
Venue: LT 3 (Yes, we have booked a larger venue so as to ensure everyone has seats)
Time: 1545h

Please be on time as the EXCO Nominees will be delivering their speeches and all members will get to vote. I will be reminding you all again about this event.
