Hi Everyone,
The new groupings for home visit are already up for download but before you get disappointed, here are some issues that the 2 community service directors want me to relate to all of you:
1. Some of you are put under "internal projects". You all are under this section basically because the homes we work with are looking for long term commitment and you are unable to do so as you can only commit for 1 more term since you would have to stop to prepare for your O levels/IB exams. Instead, internal projects will be planned for you all to take in term 2.
2. Those assigned to TOUCH, please check your email regarding the deadline for your volunteering applications. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE DEADLINE.
3. Most of you who were on the waiting list initially have been assigned a home. HOWEVER, there are still some of you who are not assigned a home yet as the community service directors are still trying to fit you into a group. This would be sorted by monday of Term 2 week 2 and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
I hope you all will cooperate with the community service directors Michael and Aldo (who have worked extremely hard to sort you all into groups and find the new homes) by avoiding changing the groupings anymore. For the minority of you who do not have a group due to being on the waiting list initially, do be patient as the 2 community service directors try their best to sort this out.
