The following are pieces of extremely important information to take note of:

1. All absentees for club meeting on 16th Feb are to meet one of the three teachers-in-charge after the next club meeting on 23rd Feb to explain your reason as to why you failed to turn up. Note that if you do not have a valid reason for being absent on 16th Feb and/or fail to turn up for club meeting on the 23rd Feb, your membership will be taken away.
