Dunman High School Charity Run

Dunman High School is organizing a charity run. ACS(I) is invited.

" This charity run is organized for the purpose of raising funds for the Autism Association, and in a bid to raise awareness of autism. Participants will pay a small registration fee to take part in the run, and all proceeds will go to the Autism Association.

The tentative details of the event are as follows:

Location: East Coast Park
Date: 22 March 2009
Registration Fee: $20
Each participant will get a free T-shirt

We would like to know if you're willing to help in the role of a liaison between ACS (Independant) and us, the organizing committee. What you'll be doing is to help disseminate information to your JC, as well as help in the collection of forms, money etc, from your schoolmates. This is a significant role as you will be the vital link between us and ACS (Independant) and will act as the IC for your school's participation in the event

If you're interested, we will need a rough estimate of the number of people from your school willing to participate in the event. You do not need to announce it to your school yet (but can if you want to), but just need to give a approximation based on what you know about the event and your school.
